I can not get warm
Sorry I am always hot like got fever 🤒
heat pads, hot water bottles and thick thermal socks if you have them
I have the same problem, always cold. I make sure I'm always wearing socks and a cardigan and I have some soft fluffy slippers too if I need them.
I have a blanket that I keep on the sofa and wrap myself up in that, sometimes I have it wrapped all the way around and up to my neck so I look like a huge sausage!
I find layering a fleece over a cardigan helps when I'm really struggling to warm up.
Also really good when it's really bad is a hot water bottle or a heat pad and a warm drink.
I'm currently having a really cold spell and am in bed under a quilt and a blanket wearing two layers and socks, hoping to warm up soon!
Hot bath? Then get under a heated blanket 🔥
It's possible you are not moving regularly. I don't mean anything strenuous but certainly moving position every 30/ 40 mins minimum. Even getting up and stretching arms above the head, shaking out the hands and feet will get the circulation moving again . Walking around d the room, shoulder rolls.
We can start to huddle into blankets or be reluctant to move for fear of losing that warm seat but it is worthwhile making the effort.
Warmth comes from the inside too. Porridge for breakfast gives a warm glow just like the adverts used to say.
Hope the coming spring improves things for you.
Woolsies slippers are the only things that keep my feet vaguely warm. Think they are made from alpaca wool. Bit pricey on amazon (beware of the imitations as only synthetic) but def worth it. I’m on my second pair but last ones lasted for a couple of years.
Get your thyroid checked.
Thermal underwear and tops like those people use for camping can really help. Fluffy bed socks. Natural fibres rather than synthetics. I use those microwaveable hotties as they are safer, a bit more flexible and seem to retain the hear better. I also have a heated blanket from Lakelands which looks like a thick throw and has 3 settings. I always warm my bed with an electric blanket and then have a hottie in. I warm my jimmjams innthe airing cupboard and also my undies fornthr and ext day itmjuser seems to make a difference. I find masses of thin layers seem to help me. I wear bots with thick socks, a hat, gloves and a fluffy scarf when going out.x
Keep your feet warm I find that's most important I know mine seem to go to Ice just like that also put dressing gown over clothes and get under a quilt it can take a while but your body will thaw out! I try and keep my feet warm at all times now and I definitely get that cold to the bones feeling less often
I spend 97% of my time a disgusting sweating mess but when I get cold I stay cold sometimes for hours
