Hi was wonderin if any one has tried the pain relief patch .have it changed once a week or steroid injection .im goin to ask about these when i next c my gp

I tried the lidocaine patch that I had to change once a week. I tried them for 3 months and they didn’t help at all. I continued to have unbearable pain throughout this time. However, everyone reacts differently to medication so it’s worth trying it. Take care and love and hugs xx

I use lidocaine patch that lasts for 12 hours at a time. Didn’t work where it was intended but does help muscular pain. All the best

i have a fentanyl patch that i've used the same dosage for years. does it get rid of pain? no but it sure cuts it back so have much less breakthrough pain. need to be careful putting it on and to make sure it's on really well. no long hot baths or hot showers.
