Well I put the Actipatch in place on my back Friday night & was still in agonising pain the rest of Friday & all day Saturday. Then I had not to bad a sleep last night & i have woke up today and the back pain definitely feels a lot better whoop whoop. Feeling very tired and not particularly brilliant but thank God my back isn't hurting so much.
So I will let you know how the week goes on.
Interested to know how ever one else is feeling and if they think it has made a difference to the pain or not.
Peace, luv n light xx

Yes I will, Ken already sent me message the other day thanks.
Yes loads of interest & a lot of ppl.saying they had ordered 1 so there should be some feedback. Very interested to hear how everyone who is trying them, are getting on.
Yes I will defffo inbox the link. I was saying to Ken Its a shame because its a good way to get funds to help with research or other issues related with Fybromyalgia as these kind of companies pay a lot of money for advertisements, especially where there is a target group that relevant products can be advertised to a large amount of ppl.like on the forum.
It's great though and I love it. So glad I found it.
I think this was the thing I tried last year or the year before - they were offering a free sample when they were first launched. For me, it had no effect at all I'm afraid so I haven't bothered since as they seem to be expensive.
Did you continue to wear it overnight, Janet? From my recollection, I don't think you're meant to wear them in bed overnight as you shouldn't put pressure on it. I might be remembering this wrongly though - but please do check the instructions.
Hi Caroline, oh yes I did wear overnight I've had it on since I got it lol hoping for this miracle to happen. I'm sure it said, best results when worn all the time. I've thrown the package away now so maybe go look online.
Sounds like same thing you had, it's a week's trial for £3 & then £20 for month so yes it is quite expensive, as you say. But i'm thinking if it works and helps with my back pain. I would definitely give up chocolates haha.
I have contiuous back pain so for me I'm thinking it may be working but time will tell. ☺
Yes Caroline, defffo worth it if works. Sorry it didn't work for you. Well I'm not saying its working for sure but pain is better today so all good,
Can you put on knees ? I'm thinking shoulder as I get a lot of shoulder pain. Obviously you can just place on your back just higher up but how can you put on knees cos I get aweful arthritis pain in my knees.
The one I got, if it is the same thing you're talking about, was just like a plaster which you could stick on anywhere. Perhaps yours is different from this?
Oh yes it is different, this is a circle of soft wire, sort of saucer size and it has a little buttons like those little round batteries & it is held in place with 2 plaster like sticker, which I might add are not easy to put on yourself if you are placing on you back for ex.
Well I still haven't got a back ache so so far so good.
I tried one last year and found a tiny bit of benefit in my lower back/right hip after a couple of days, but I found the tape required to keep it in place irritating. Now, if they could do one for your whole body...
My fiance also tried one for a sports injury and felt no effect.
I think they say not to wear it in bed as the loop can get damaged.
Oh yes I was thinking exactly the same but maybe they will develop something that works for whole body IF it does work that is.
It's very difficult to tell with Fibromyalgia because obviously there are good and bad days but I think if my back still feels better at the end if the week, I''ll give it the thumbs up.
Someone on the forum said they had the trial and it really helped and they got the full package. But às you say, what works for 1 person may not work for another.
Is it just a money spinner ? We shall see !
Yes the plasters are a bit annoying and do keep comming off, especially when warm in bed, lol and a few more in the pkt. Wouldn't have gone amiss.
I'm just thinking if I give 4 ppl. £3 to order another trial that would be cheaper £12 for the month instead of £20 & give me more time to see if it really is working.
I'm going to leave it on at night cos it's still working ok and I do tend to sleep on my sort of side, tummy a bit weird lol but no pressure on it ☺
I was able to have the two month trial when it first came out but unfortunately it did nothing for my Pain. A friend also tried it for her knee pain but again no help. Don't let this put anyone off as we are all different so worth at least having the trial pack as I would think if it was going to work there would be some improvement within a short time.
They do three different ones for various parts of the body. Good luck to anyone trying it.x
Yes Rosewine that would be better to have 2 mnth trial rather than just 1 wk. It's one of them I surpose what works for 1 person doesn't work for another. I'm still not convinced lol
