FROZEN TO THE BONE!
maybe have a chat with your gp, you may have symptoms of reynards, cold hands/feet, burning feeling when getting warmer are part of it
Hi,the cold gets to me also..I wear layers of wool and natural fibre clothing complete with two pair of wool soxs and a wool hat but it still get to me..My skin feels like it's been scalded or that sunburn feeling...It's a dreadful sensation ...The only relief I can get is a hot bath and take cocodamol/ paracetamol...I really do sympathise with you...but as Jimborck also suggested it could be Raynards.
I don't think mine is because it's my whole body from head to toe and not just hands and feet.
Really warm clothing is a must...
Keep warm.
Carol.
I would like to say something positive to cheer you up - yes definitely wrap your body with layers of breathable clothing avoid synthetics becs when you do eventually break the sweat your cloth stay wet and you catch cold - I carry spare clothing with me all the time - hot bath and frequent hot showers - steam helps - gentle massage to help the circulation - and someone warm to cuddle up with - highly recommended !!
sounds like hypothermia. Very bad. We fibros suffer from the cold anyway and it is to be avoided. maybe worth investigating circulation issues
