The sun is shining so hoping I’ll have a less painful day today. You know, I think i’ve actually forgotten what it’s like to be pain-free!

Was diadnoswd with Fibro about 12 years ago after loads of blood tests, X-rays and MRI’s. On amitripyline at night with codeine at the moment.

I had knee operations on both knees last year and was told that I also have arthritis in both. My lower back has a fused spine which also causes a lot of pain along with the knees.

Trying to find some pain medication that can alleviate the discomfort.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are still experiencing so much pain. Have you ever been referred to a pain clinic? If not, maybe it is something worth mentioning to your GP
