Morning bought magnesium with calcium tabs out of Holland and Barrett yesterday. Has anybody got good results from taking this ? 🤪

Hi Jackie Jackie, I don't know of anyone who has been taking these but am interested to know too if they are worth a try. Hopefully someone will be along soon to answer this question 😁

I always get a bit fidgetty about buying over the counter vits & minerals most of them are only around 1% vit the rest is additives which can cause side effects like headaches and itching, on the forum we have often talked about vitamins- really your gp should check your bloods for any defficiency and will prescribe or inject accordingly- not sure if you know but you CAN overdose on vitamins if your body doesnt need them, we often think because we feel fatigue, we are not eating properley or we look a bit pail we need the old fashioned "tonic" that our Grans used to ask the doctor for,, High St shops will sell us most things to make money they make a fortune from people with illnesses..

My GP recommended magnesium tablets i get them from same high street shop reason I am taking them was to help with numbness like pins and needles in arm and leg . Did the trick.

Good , I am also going to try cbd oil for the pain , so wel c if they work .

I use both and they have helped , Well I do know that if I run out I get a bit achy extra to normal . Hope that helps . 😘🤗😇
