In pain and burning

I am in the middle of a flare up I have this pain in between my shoulder blades going into my neck and arms also feels so hot and burning does anyone else get this xx

Hi, yes i have the majority of my fibro pain between my shoulders, sometimes only lying down will help it. I have a heated pad that helps if the pain isn't too bad. Have you been to the dr to make sure it's not something like your gallbladder as you can get refered pain there?

I get this quite frequently. It’s really unpleasant isn’t it? I feel for you. I’ve had it for the last two days unfortunately 😢.

Hi, I’m so sorry to hear this, I can totally relate. I get terrible pain between my shoulder blades, through my neck and my shoulders with loads of knots through the muscles. I have a massage chair which sometimes helps to ease things but there’s no painkiller (that I’ve been given anyway) that noticeably helps. I’ll be following your post to hopefully pick up some good advice. I really hope things improve for you soon. xx
