Arthritis in the feet?
Morning, I have had arthritis in my toes for ever. And it's never been such a major problem and I'm now 61 I know a fossil lol.
I also have serious plantar fascitis now that I have to say can cause me problems with my feet.
Most people through out there life will get OA any where in their body starting around 40 onwards I believe. It's wear and tear unfortunately.
For many it gives them no bother but for some as they get older like me it can be painful at times. I have it in all my finger joints too.
Have you been given any pain medication? What did your Gp say about it if I may ask? I hope you have a good day xx

morning, i saw the rheumatologist yesterday and she did an ultra scan on my hands and feet and confirmed OA. I also have had plantar fasciitis for several years on both feet.
Ask them or your gp to refer you to a podiatrist see if they can offer something to put in your shoes to cushion and support your toes/feet .
good luck let us all know how you got on.x
