Omg pain in feet

Hi all hope you are as well as you all can be. I just want to take my feet off the pain is so bad I just can't walk on them even when I put them up still the pain is bad. I just want to cry with pain. Does anyone else have this ??

Hey Mahoney0719 , We have had more people lately with this problem. Mine is Plantar Faciatis. ..maywant to goghle it.Some others have had same diagnosis. Good luck. Peck.🐤

I have plantar fasciitis too but everything they have suggested to do has made the pain worse. The pain is awful and no painkillers are touching it. Hope it eases soon for you. X

Hi Linda, I to have pain in my feet and more pain in my right big toe. I can't walk far before my feet start to swell making walking very painful, also my toe doesn't bend very much so when walking the pain just gets so bad I could cry. I haven't found a way of easing the pain yet, but like you it makes you want to take them off like your shoes and shut them in a cupboard for a few hours.

yeah I have that too but it only has been recently and gradually it getting worse ..... but I've not been to doctor about it yet .

I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I sincerely hope that your pain eases soon for you. If it is not your Fibro causing your pain, then there is a huge list of other conditions that could be responsible. I have pasted you an excerpt and a link to the *NHS Choices cache on this issue:

now before anyone jumps down my throat what im going to suggest im being serious. i am in no way taking the mick nor am i making light of this.

i understand how painful foot pain can be. i dont have plantar but ive seen pics and read about it. and while its this bad and you can walk, if you dont have a wheelchair etc then im guessing your stuck in bed. what if you made bubble wrap booties, litrally wrap your feet in yards of it. yeah it'll be bulky but it might just help cushion your feet to enable you to hobble about in your home. might be a ludicrous idea, but i thought id say it anyway. you never know it might help.

I would try it just to see but i have two little ones who might think it would be a good game for them to try!!! Or they would sit popping the bubbles 😄

Hi I had planter some years ago but get flare ups sometimes, I get a regular pain in the bone on the top of my foot my gp said its a fibre tender point take care joanne x
