My husband bought me a fitbit for Christmas. After reading the booklet, it would appear that I can not wear this due to having carpal tunnel syndrome and musculoskeletal disorder i.e. fibromyalgia. --- Is anyone wearing this Fitbit charge 2 with no side effects?

At present fibro is not thought to be an MSK condition even though it is treated by that branch of the NHS. I currently use a xiaomi band 2 which is similar and have not had any issues with it so far. Take it off from time to time if it gets annoying or swap hands.

Hi FIBROWORK
I am sorry I haven't got a Fitbit but have often wondered if it would be helpful for pacing as it records activity each day. I hope you find the answers you need and if you end up using it do tell us how you get on and if you find it useful
All the best for 2018
