Hope you’re all having a good day and as pain free as possible.
I’ve been reading quite a few posts on here and I’ve read Many of you talking about enjoying Epsom salt baths.....so I googled, and have decided to get some! Thanks to this lovely site I have hopefully found another way to take the edge off the pain.....and an excuse to lay in the bath 🙂

Hi there nice to meet you I am glad you have found something that may help. Many of our members swear by the benefits of Epsom salts . I hope you enjoy the rest of your afternoon xx
Don’t ever take time out to have a good soak, norm a quick jump in and out the shower, so now I’m going to make an effort to fit in at least a couple of relaxing baths a week xx
I've tried these baths a couple of times and they do help with the pain. My problem is it took me 20 minutes to get myself back out of the bath, had to empty all the water out first!
I use the Epsom salts and like you find that they do help pity we can't stay in them all day, shall try Yasmintina's idea of putting a drop of lavender in it. take care
