Hey well I'm current recovering from sepis which was caused by an mrsa infection in a absess which was surgically drained 3 months ago.
My question is do you have any issues healing after operations? This should have healed in 2-6 weeks.
Second question is do you have a poor immune system? I seem to catch everything but although diagnoses with fibro doctors don't seem to think I have a issue with my immune system regardless to the fact I'm frequently admitted into hospital with various infections.

Hi There. Just joined up and read your post. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 18 years ago after having a huge back operation. For me personally, I take much longer than a 'normal healthy' person to recover. I did have the fibro symptoms long before my first back op, but it was mild. I do believe that I have a poor immune system too. If there is a bug/virus doing the rounds, I can bet that I will end up with it too!
Hi I had sepsis 6 years ago from a dental procedure,I had lupus /sjorgrens in dormant place unfortunately for me the sleeping dragon was woke up . Alongside fibromayalgia, I personally flare at the any sign of stress or overdoing it. We are all different our body's all behave differently I don't have a under active immune system far from it . My advice to you is rest rest and rest some more , my dr at the time saiid be kind and gentle to myself .
I know it is hard on you right now, i understand how difficult it must be. I had it after a bladder infection, also post neck surgery that I took forever to get my strength back. My body was telling me something was wrong, i even moved to get help. Is your walking and stamina very weak? I feel my immune system is why it happened and now told I have sjogrens, lupus, and RA too (I already have psoriatic arthritis and fibro ). Dr. Told me to say connective tissue disease it's easier. Every day I still get a little better, eating healthy and rest are key. My prayers for you.
