I was always told that eating raw food is probably not the best diet for us Fibro' sufferers,as your body has to work extra hard to turn this food source into energy. However I have found that juicing celery,cucumber,radish or mooli,beetroot,carrot,Granny Smith apples,Ginger or/& a whole lime does seem to give me a bit of a boost,as well as lifting a bit of brain fog..........

Hi, I have been juicing lately and I feel a bit clearer headed and have a bit more energy. I think it is easier to digest in liquid form as, the body does not have to work to break it down from its original form.
I've got to give it a go, next time I make a smoothie for me kids

You should check out Joe Cross’ s dvd Fat sick and nearly dead it was on Netflix if anyone has that I saw it when shown on channel 5 definitely worth a watch also Jasin Vale talks about juicing and your health. Very interesting as in both cases there is a lot of talk about the processed goods we eat and not knowing what is in them that is causing health and weight issues. On joe cross’s second film Fat sick and nearly dead 2 there is a girl who steps forward who has fibro but through juicing has been able to come off all medications and feels so much better. I am not saying this works for everyone obviously but it is very interesting listening to what they say also seeing Joes journey in the first film. I did a straight 15 day juice and was told how much better I looked helped with the weight as well and I was sleeping better. Thinking of trying this for a few days every month or so to see if it helps in any way there are specific juices that are supposed to aid inflammation.
