Hi...

Yes lovely sun outside..

I have to ask... how did you get your OH to understand?????? 😂😂😂

Sorry for laughing but mine just says I am lazy!

I think I have had this for years .... so for years he has seen me go from one condition to another and now I have a diagnosis he has no patience or understanding. I do find this very upsetting.

But the sun is out so let's smile and enjoy it.

Healing hugs x

So glad the Epsom salts bath helped, I wish we could have fitted in a bath when we lived have to be content with soaking my feet in it now.

Glad you are feeling more positive. This illness can get the strongest of people down because of the pain and fatigue. When I am like that I try to hold onto the fact that I have felt like that before but have somehow come through it but it is difficult to do at the time. Sometimes just admitting we are struggling can help. Take care of yourself.x
