Hi all you lovely peeps I hope you all enjoyed the sunshine as much as I did today I have been out in it most of the day. I also felt the best I have for months ! Does anyone else experience this or am I just very lucky ?

I was out too today in Kentucky the sun was out and it's 65 degrees and windy...I love it! I love the days when I can go to lunch with my momma with the windows down and us singing to the radio. Low pain so far and even though I didn't sleep last night it didn't get in the way of our outing...very blessed!

Yep, I had a fab day out in Perth today, was dry and sunny !! Found walking is getting harder and harder so went back to Dunkeld where we are staying and sat down by the burn and collected stones. Beautiful sunset

Hi Doozy, Gotta say the sun perks me up no end. Just got ta watch the Over Doing. Dont want a relaspe hey? Had a major one, after those few lovely days. I felt I had so much energy to do stuff, after so long fatigued. Sun went in and I did too. Had a bit of a job reminding myself sun would come out again and pain would subside. Think it is the better light and also warmth that makes everything run easier. These fluctuations are tricky sometimes. I'm determined to make the best of things but it's hard when you think you can make progress getting better and yet again it's temporary.
Looks like another sunny day today. Just waiting for the day to warm up and I'll be up and at it again, I'm sure! Roll on summer! Blue skys, Long warm days, Growing a few beans n leaves n stuff in my little garden, hopefully, mm lots of nice things to enjoy.
Hi AI10 , yes we do have to pace ourselves and yes the sun will shine again! Yes, you are right about the light and warmth makes me feel so much better. I also love gardening and can't wait for summer.
