I have had a lovely day. Egg and ham for breakfast with a slice of fried brown bread. I took my metformin my glipizide and actos. Always this dreadful crash happens. I had to go to bed. 10am. Slept til 12.30 i had to shower and dress and leave at 1pm for church at 1.30 hampton court bridge was dreadful. Traffic in all directions. Instead of taking up to 20 mins to get to twickenham, it took 45 minutes. Came home after the service and cooked a lamb shank tagine thingy. It was yummy. I ate rhubard crumble it was very yumyum. Its evening now and i am too tired to walk Basil. I will though when it stops raining. Sundays doncha luvem

The fried bread is yummy but a problem. I was told that you shouldn't take Glipzide and Atos at the same time because although they act in different ways, the end result is the same, if you space them differently, they complement each other, maybe what's causing you to crash?

Just a thought......
