I had one of those days yesterday and the peeps on here really helped!

Welcome THG you have come to the right place for support. i hope you can find comfort in the knowledge we all support each other, i am not around here much as my hands are so painful of late, {{{gently hugs}}}
Welcome. I too am a new member of this most supportive group. I have found more answers here than in any literature or Drs. surgery. Sue.
Hi Sue,
if I haven't said hi already
Sue xx
Blimey! - what lovely comments and what a stack load of support! I visited my son at the beginning of the month, and came back with a cold virus and a pulled muscle in my back! Been laid up with sneezing, total fatigue and the usual round of Shingles which accommpanies all my FM attacks. I walked yesterday - so good to get out of these four walls
BTW, can anyone help with advice re benefits? I get £57 a week to live on - I eat one meal every other day and have nearly gotten used to starvation. (I do eat porridge every morning but have a main meal every other day) Any help or suggestions would be useful - thanks xx (my parents keep my limited internet access going - bless them!)
Hi you really must go and see someone at your local benefits office about your income if not i think i would go to the CAB in your area i am sure that they can help you . they will go through all your finances with you and help you if you type cab in google and the town/city where you live it should come up with there address etc so make sure you give them a call . also you need to go and speak with your GP and tell them EVERYTHING health etc and your finances
You need to tell your parents as well it will be hard but the thought that there baby is going through all this they will help you it is awful as you feel that you should be looking after them now i feel like that every week my parents call me and get a shopping list off me and then they deliver my shopping the next day to me they know like you i havent got alot of money so they are so ggod to me and i am sure your parents even your son would be the same so you need to tell them
please let me know how you get on

Hi there, Has Fibro and CFS for over 13 years myself . First time on this site two. It’s great to be able to talk to people without that blank stare you get and the (well you look alright ) attitude
Remember those bad days are just that!
