Having bad days in so much pain got that bad last night sat crying.in back garden because don't like family seeing how it gets to me 😥😥

I'm sorry you feel sopoorly, u fortunately I get like that myself, don't like anyone to see me such a mess, but we are survivors, pick ourselves up, and start again, tomorrow is another day, hoping you feel much better soon, with love and gentle hugs xxx

I am so sorry you are in so much pain.

I was out in my back garden at 4am this morning, due to pain and being unable to sleep.

Are you taking any meds at all?

Have you ever been referred to a Pain Clinic?

If not, make an appointment to see your GP and ask to be referred for some help.

Thank you I spend many nights outside .Yes I am under the pain clinic had injections a few month ago went to see him Friday he is getting me in to have more injections in September as have had very bad bad reaction to pain killers over the years Big hugs xx

Hi fibro10 so sorry you are not feeling great and you have intense pain I really hope that this eases for you my friend.

Try leaving some leaflets on fibro around the house this will give them the opportunity to read up and understand you condition and how it affects you on a daily basis.

Be kind to yourself my friend and try to get some rest if your not getting much sleep this will have an impact on your fibro.

I understand why you would do that. But I feel you should let them see how bad you are, so they get an understanding of how you feel.

Hi fibro10 I'm sorry you are in so much pain my friend. It gets very depressing at times and know how you feel. I was sat on my bed about 4am (maybe something in the air) mine wasn't pain, well no more than usual, I just couldn't sleep, in the end I got up & sat on my bed & if you had blown me, I would have fallen over lol but as soon as I lay down, sleep just wasn't coming.

I see you are waiting more injections & pain clinic etc. But have you ever tried holistic therapies, massage, reflexology Hydrotherapy,acupuncture, CBT talking therapy to help you manage your pain and adjusting your life when living with chronic pain. Meditation and breathing excersizes are very useful when you are unable to take strong pain relief.

I do hope you feel better soon and get some relief.
