Has anyone used testmyintolerance.com before? They test for 300 food intolerance 300 non food intolerances and 80 nutrictional intolerances such as Aminos/enzymes/vitimins and minerals.. it's a hair sample test for £65, which is cheap for all that compared to blood tests that iv been looking at. I have been going trough stages of my stomach and guts not agreaeing with foods, out of nowhere I couldn't eat dairy, iv been dairy free for 6 months now I'm aloud it. And I couldn't even tolerate a bread crumb then last night I thought man up and try it again, and I don't seem to have a problem with it. but I can't eat any nightshades.. driving me insane cause Iv always been so healthy with my foods all my life, never eat fast foods, never drink pop.. never smoked cigarettes or haven't drunk for years couldn't probably count the amount of times Iv actually drunk alchole 😂 Doesn't interest me one bit.

Hi there Ant92 There are an enormous range of allergy and intolerance tests available. Some have been proven to be reliable and accurate, while others seem to be of no value. I am not medically qualified to say one way or another to be honest. But I tend to agree with what is wrote by the person below. There are a lot of charlatans on the web Ant please be careful.

Hair is analysed for allergies in two ways. First of all, the hair is tested for toxic levels of heavy metals such as Lead, Mercury and Cadmium and then deficiencies of Selenium, Zinc, Chromium, Manganese and Magnesium. There is no scientific evidence to support the hypothesis that these heavy metals have any bearing on allergic diseases. Hair samples are usually sent away for analysis and numerous studies have failed to find any accuracy in hair analysis diagnosing allergies [1]. Another hair test is called Dowsing. The dowser swings a pendulum over the hair and an allergy is diagnosed if an altered swing is noted.

Hi my friend

When I was tested for my allergies some of this was done on the NHS because I was having breathing difficulties i.e. from red fruit, soya and latex. I also had some undertaken at a health food store in Derby where they had a nurse come in one day a week to take the blood samples.

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
