Epsom salts

Magnesium inbalance12 to 20-minute soakmight restore magnesium (this may benefit people who are at risk for low levels, including those with fibromyalgia)

Just been reading and come across this in an article about Epsom salts. I do a foot bath as I only have a shower. But when I did take a full bath with it...I slept like a baby.

Anything is worth trying. Hope you all manage to get a good sleep. I'm at the hospital for 9am! And it's 45/50 drive to it. Take care all xx

Yes. I would recommend them strongly. Having an early bath with Epsom Salts sets me up for the day, or when I've done too much in the garde it's nice to have them to fall back on !
