Hi Zolis
I am so gneuinely sorry to read that you are experiencing this problem my friend. I also get pain in the wrists and fingers but mine it due to arthritis, and it makes it very difficult to bend them and rotate my wrists. Since this is a new symptom for you, I would talk to your doctor about it just to have other medical conditions ruled out of the equation.
I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself my friend.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Hi Zolis,
Yes I am finding it difficult to write too. Easier using tablet, but holding pen at times challenging, have to really concentrate and its painful. Lately finger tips seem to be super sensitive so struggling with tops on milk, buttons, zips, opening packets and envelopes and holding pen. Really sore to tidy hair even. :(.
Hi Zolis
Your problems are exactly the same as mine,I have to "tell my brain" to do something.Ie when at physio he said to push my arm against his and I jsut couldnt do it and had to tell my self to push.
thanks for that -cos i can now add that on my ESA form, want sure how to express it that I couldnt do these things.
Hi zolis I am new to fibro but I started off with the tiredness and achey hands I never wrote one single Christmas card out last year but phoned people and explained situation even holding I pad stings and my fingers curl
And ache when I try to straighten them I have invested in a hot wax bath for my hands find it works or helps x
