IBS flare up

Had a horrible IBS flare up. My stomach swelled up , had terrible burning pain in my stomach, felt sick and after 6 visits to the toilet , it started to subside, feeling totally drained , went back to sleep for the whole morning, getting up at 1.30 pm. Felt totally drained

Hope you feel better they are so difficult to cope with I seem to be getting them every few week now I thought I had mastered them is I got them down to twice a year you just don't know when the will start
