fibromyalgia and fatigue flare up

hi everyone hope you are ok out there. I managed to meet up with a friend who I haven't seen for a while now and I just walked around the town and had a coffee ☕ and cake 🎂 yummy and after being out paid for it and have felt fatigued and exhausted all from doing this I think I have been like this for a few days now and I hope it is a fibromyalgia flare up or something, I am so fed up with it. 😭❤️

I feel your pain - it’s horrible isn’t it. However we must get out and do things, I find I need to for the sake of my mental health.

Hi there, I met up with friends last night, a bit of karaoke and a dance. Omg I'm struggling now but I want to do things I've always enjoyed. Most times now I dnt feel like going anywhere but my friend wnt let me give in to fibro. Is it worth the pain I'm in today🤔I think so just to be the old me for a few hours😉👍x

hope the pain and fatigue are easing. It’s a balancing act, do too much and we will pay for it physically but the mental benefits of chatting with a friend and a good slice of cake have to be taken into account too. For me they generally make it worth the pain I know I will feel after going up out and I plan to have a couple of recovery days afterwards. Take care
