Fingers crossed :)

A friend of mine got word about three months after application and it was back dated. In fact she got her money in the bank before she received her letter saying what was awarded!

Fingers AND toes crossed for you. :)

Keep an eye on your bank balance, it often goes in before the letter arrives.

Saturday is the normal day for receiving DWP letters, I think they do that so no one can ring them straight away, either to complain or ask for it to be explained.

By Monday, you are usually resigned to the decision or have worked it out yourself.

Cynical ? Me? Never" :) :) :)

Good luck, it's an awful wait, I was away when my letter came, my granddaughter phoned me to say a"brown envelope" had come in the post, so I asked her to open it quickly and just read me the important bits, so I am thinking about you.

This is a job I have to look forward to on Monday lol! Got help filling in at Age concern. Not had a penny since last August ! Worked 42 years to be treated like this. Not, not good 👎

Good luck. They have asked me to attend a face to face appointment the only thing is the appointment is at 8.10am. That would mean I would have to get up at 5.30am as it takes me 2 hours to get ready by the time I take my medication and it starts to work in order for me to be able to move. How am I going to get my carer to come in to help me get ready for the appointment at 5.30am its madness.
