the reason I am posting alternative posts Salsa etc is because members know most of my problems and I am sure they don't want me to go on and on about them, so I post something that will make you smile, I am not decrying your posts or symptoms, please don't take them wrong, I know just like you all the pains we all go through in one way or another,
if I can get my act together I will post about some of my Worldwide adventures before I became ill, some of them will make you smile and some will make you think what the hell was this guy doing lol,

I know a solicitor who sits on the mental heath board, his wife was the girlfriend of a vey famous band member before he married her, he saw she had a hand written book and some drawings by this band member and ripped them up and threw away the book in a fit of jealousy, then went on to smash every window inside the house with a brick, and to think he says yes or no to someone being detained under the mental heath order, this information was told me by his wife when he was not around, she still has a few drawings hidden and shown them to me, I never said anything to him or anyone around them, I am not his friend or any thing I just know her from long time back and we chat when we see each other,
it certainly is a sound to get your body moving, here in the U.K we have good music but not the same upbeat tempo, its no wonder the Salsa was born to the sound, btw where is Castilian spoken?.
Yes, it is a rhythmic and exciting music. Castilian is the name of the official Spanish language although there are five different Spanish dialects. I can speak Catalan as well as it is very similar in it's grammar. I would do well on a trip to South America as long as I stay out of Brazil.
The link is a map of Spain and the areas where the 5 different dialects are spoken:
