ESA Worries
Hi Glo29- this is the way I got my ESA, you fill in forms or you do it over the fone, over the fone is better because if you don.t understand a question you can ask.. Its not a worrying fone call they just go thru your claim on a pc and the results are usually very quick.. keep yourself a word document of the worst ever days of pain and suffering, don,t say that some days you are ok!! Always the worst case scenario, I ve kept my word document and I,ve added and taken off as time has gone on.. Make notes of how difficult working is including getting there and back, staying awake, being able to fullfill your job role, I even told them I needed help to the loo, could not get up/down stairs, if the fire bell went off someone would have to get me out of the building... Hopefully you have a good call, let us know after.. Wishing you loads of luck,
Hi there
So many people on the forum are getting these phone calls over the last few weeks.
I think that the DWP are just doing telephone assessments by the sound of it.
Please make sure that you don't tell the DWP if your symptoms have got worse. If you do the DWP will ask you to start the whole process all over again.
You could always get in touch with Janet our Benefits Adviser to see what she says.

Hi
Sometimes they do phone just to make sure nothing has change and if in the Support Group often do telephone interviews rather than calling you in

Hi Glo29
As the others have said it is more than likely an assessment on your eligibility for ESA so please try not to worry about it too much my friend. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck with this and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
