FIbromalygia. i had this going on 12 yeRs now took 10. years to get dignoise. pain sooo bad cant cope. pain killers from doctors. not working on pain. my doctor sent me to pain clinic for stronger painkiller as she said doctors dont have any strong enough. he didnt guve me anythink for my pain but sending me to cbt. exusend beyond and skin burning new smypton ivee last year. lisen to your body and past yourself. sendings love hugs to everyone suffering from this. also have a lot of brainfog memory loss goes bland cant rember. woards half way thought a conversation confusion. bed rest mosst of time can not have conversations for long. and bladder problems

I'm sorry you're suffering so badly.

We are a friendly group,who try to help and support each other with tips, advice and a shoulder to cry on and on a brighter note funny pics to make you smile,mtheres odd joke or just a lovely photo.

I am sorry I can't write more at he moment as have visitors, just took a quick look at sight while putting the kettle on. If you do want any tips etc, I did post a long reply to Pacesetter, today. With maybe some haelpful suggestions on it. If you want to read it I'm sure you still can.

Ps, me again, you didn't say what bladder probs were?

I have irritable and over active bladder so dr given me a tab to have every day. I now take it about once a week
