Oh honey. I'm so sorry. Hopefully it will subside, I love going and sitting on my porch. It helps me not to lay down, I can't find a position that doesn't hurt my hips. Hard to find a chair that doesn't hurt my back though. Whatever. It helps to me to feel the breeze and hear the birds and bugs. I can't wait for fall. When the spiders go away and I don't have the humidity trying to destroy my joints but then the hell of winters cold but then spring is wonderful.

I prefer the transitional seasons. They are nice and comfort where I live. Oh I can't wait.

I hope your day gets better.
