I'm from California 37 have fibro for 1 year now and seems like my pain points are my legs arms and feet. Has anyone experienced leg and foot pain I mean it's horrible I can't even stand at times. Working all day on my feet makes it worse 😒 It is like I can't ever get no relief. On lyrica and was taking tramadol often but I stopped because I didn't want to be dependent on it so now just take aleve when I need to. I'm exhausted 😩

Yes I am on pregabalin can't manage without it - have a lot of pain in legs and feet - the heat is making it worse went aqua this morning and that helped x

Hi sorry you are suffering and having to endure this all day, I get pain in legs and arms I try to stay on cocodamol but have Diazepam too which I know is addictive so I try not to take too much.

Welcome to the forum from across the pond. By the way I we have several lovely American forum members.

Quite a few on the forum have the same. In England we are having unseasonable for us as often our summers are a bit sure a heat wave wave and so many people can hardly out one foot in front of the other. Last night I had shooting pains going through and up my feet and into my leg going thr opposite way to when you have Sciatica I could literally only hobble around.

I can imagine that having a job that you are on yiur feet all day must make the problem worse. I have sometimes found that s freeze gel or spray for some reason helps. I am on Pregablin and it has helped the shooting, but if pains no end. I am sure a higher dose would help more but if I do the dose I feel I just want to sit around all day which we know is not good for us fibromites. I am sure other people will be on to help. Look forward to your future posts.x

Hi Day7

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have pasted you a link below to our mother site, FMA UK which hosts loads of useful Fibro information:

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling with foot and leg pain, and I also have this issue. I take Pregabalin, Nortriptyline and Cocodamol to help with this and it does to a degree help me with the problem.

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
