Burning feet
Hi monicadrakes
Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have pasted you a link below to our mother site, FMA UK that hosts loads of useful Fibro information:

.
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering with burning feet and I sincerely hope that you can find some relief to this issue. Quite often a predictable pain from a localised source could be something other than Fibro. so it may be worth talking to your doctor about this?
I have pasted you links to 6 previous posts about burning feet, so I sincerely hope that you find them useful:

One of the best things I have found is applying a magnesium lotion to my feet. I have one at the moment from a US company that also contains CBD oil and it is wonderful.
I have it , especially in hot weather and on tiled floors. I was tested and told periferal neuropathy. Vitamin B. 12 is supposed to help and linoleic acid. Been taking both and so far much better plus not going bare foot in the house. Periferal neuropathy apparently can be something they can diagnose when they don't know the answer. Doctors I mean!
I have pain in my feet caused by peripherial neuropathy I take abstention good luck.
Hi Monica,
Try increasing your vitamins D3 from cholecalciferol & B12 methylcobalamin, & take chelated magnesium, These are good for neuropathic issues, & may help alleviate your discomfort. I take magnesium as a supplement, or soak in a bath with at least 500g of epsom salts.
