Yeh I know, It's a terrible feeling.

I tend to bathe my feet in cool water, not freezing water and apply a little moisturiser to get the circulation going, this eases my feet.

If your worried pls go and see your GP and they will be able to reassure you and refer you to a specialist if needed.

Try and move your feet when sitting if you can, this als helps a little.

The very best of luck and pls let us know how you g on.

Lots of hugs,

Elizabeth :) xxx

Yes, mine are the same, know it can be a symptom with diabetes but don't know about fibro though some people say it is one of their symptoms. Mine are tender too - but then they always have been, even as a child my feet would easily get sore and like you I find socks sometimes hurt my feet. I have to chose socks and shoes carefully otherwise they hurt!

Hi there 60chevy :)

If this is a new symptom that you are experiencing and it is worrying you a chat with your GP may be useful so, that you can figure it out together and hopefully sort out appropriate treatments, if any are required.

I get burning on my feet from a skin problem and they get really red and hot, I've seen me writhing to find cool places to cool them slowly down. A bowl of water and a flannel can help a little if you can tolerate the cool wet flannel over you feet :)

I'm not suggesting that you have the same problem as me because I'm not a medical professional just a fellow fibromite sharing thoughts with you :)

I hope that you get your answers soon, keep us up to date :)

Fluffies and smiles to you :)

xxx sian :)

I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I have to agree with zeb73, in that if it is a new symptom it can be beneficial to discuss it with your GP just to get other things ruled out of the equation.

All my hopes and dreams for you
