Stinging burning itching hands feet?

My hands feet itch tingle and sting any one else get this?

I get these symptoms if I do not pace myself. Unfortunately pacing for me is staying in bed for 23 hours and doing either physical or mental activity for a hour 🙈 true though 🥺 otherwise I go like this 🤯 🤞

I get it...but have lupus not fibromyalgia. I think it’s peripheral neuropathy. Talk to your doctor...it keeps me awake at night.

Sorry bout the lupas that must be difficult docs tested me for that and ms but I'm diagnosed fibromyalgia xxxx I think it mimics those two xx

Yes unfortunately I suffer the same way so you have my sympathy. I find it is worse in extremes of weather and when I have overdone things.x

Hi there, I quite often need to scratch as I do seem to itch a lot, I do wonder if any of my medications would cause this, I always keep my E45 cream handy. Xx

I had rather a long post a few minutes ago in response to a complaint that family & friends didn't understand.

I know that I also get rashes and itching as well as ulceration that is maybe seperate to Fibro. What I do is rub in very plain moisturising cream. The one I used has no aroma much and nothing to make it smell good, but it is quite cheap. It is called Epaderm cream not the ointment as my legs ulcerate and the ointment stays too wet and sticky and increases the ulceration. Don't need a lot but it helps. I found another helper is diluted vinegar but NEVER strong only about 3.0 ml into about 100ml of clean water. I am also continuously Anaemic.

Also I had my Vit D checked and was low. I read an article that explained that many people who catch the V irus are low in Vit D3. can't know about that one but check it out.

Have you had your B12 checked as being low in this can cause this symptom?

I getting burning in the soles of my feet, particularly bad in bed. My GP gave me a cream called Hirudoid gel, which helps no end, as in the end the peppermint foot spray and freeze spray no longer works.

It’s neuropathy. I get itchy hands and the tingle and burn at tines. Burning feet. Low tolerance to heat or cold, Raynaud's and Fibromyalgia/CFS.
