Any advice on opiate free pain killers greatly recieved💊.linda

That can't be easy! I don't envy you. Seagulls make a dreadful noise!

Totally silly, but every time I hear them arguing I go straight to the film Finding Nemo (in my head, not literally lol) and I can actually hear them screaming 'mine!'. Seagulls will never be the same again lol 🐸

Ear plugs? 🤔 Just a thought, I hope your come down doesn't last too long. Take care

Hi lindabre

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering in this way and I sincerely hope that you start to feel better soon. I ma not sure what I can say in the way of pain killers as I do not know if there are other restrictions prior to starting LDN? I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
