Best day in a hole year

I was pain free yesterday 😀for the first time in a hole year. I can't tell you how happy I felt. It was a pleasure to go shopping and not be in pain. When I have been out before, I have looked 👀 at people and thought I would love to be like you are with no PAIN. I didn't even have to take as many pain relief tablets. It reminded me how I use to be with no pain. It was so lovely. 😁 I will see how I go over the next while. It would be lovely for it to go away. I just wanted to share my pain free day with you all. I truly wish the same for all of you. Jan101 🙏😘xxx

No I don't just woke up in the morning and had no pain. Went shopping brought a new coat and that felt good too. But today not so good back in pain. I really don't understand it. 🤔 I know this sounds strange but because I felt so good yesterday I now hate the pain even more. Feeling really sad.😢 I truly hope that you are not feeling to bad. Yes it's lovely to have the memories of life before the pain. But it hasn't lasted as I am back in pain today. I now hate the pain even more now. 😢 I hope you are feeling not to bad. I truly wish you well. X

No not done anything different. Just woke up and had no pain. But unfortunately the pain is back today 😢 Feeling sad as I was hoping for another good day. I wish you well and take good care. Jan101

Morning Ken thank you. I wish that it had continued but yesterday was really bad as I took down the decorations but the pain was there a little in the morning but I thought I would be ok as I like to try and still get things done. Big mistake. When you have been in pain for so long, then you have a pain free day, it reminds you off how good you where before the pain started. Yesterday I really hated the pain more because I had such a good day the day before. Can't understand how it just went away and I felt nothing also with less pain meds. 🤔 On a better note I woke this morning and not feeling so bad. This puzzles me as this has not happened before. Maybe it is starting to get better because of the one pain free day and this morning is not to bad, but still have the rest of the day to get though. I am also wondering if RF fusion works as I have just been told it only works for 34% of people I don't know how true this is? My operation was horrendous. Before I went under anaesthetic the specialist said that he was doing a large area and I would be very sore when I woke and by god I was worse when I woke up. They put me on pain medication right away. Now it's 8 weeks after operation so because this person said yesterday it only works for 34% of people I am now worried. The specialist said he might have to do the middle area again in my back. I don't want to go through that again and have all the weeks off suffering if it's not going to work. My apologies for the long message I am just offloading. I truly hope you are feeling a bit better and you're having some today.

I really am so genuinely sorry to read this and I know exactly where you are coming form! When I get a good day I tend to overdo things big time, and pay for it the next day. I genuinely hope that you start to recover from your operation soon my friend, and please take care of yourself.
