hello! Everyone, I'm New, Can't help thinking about all of you & how your'e all struggling for answers to your fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue. I have same problems. I am doing a gluten & lactose free diet & in addition about to start on a yeast free diet. The Latter due to having read up on 'Candida Albicans' in gut. Could I suggest that some of you read up on this subject, you'd be surprised at the great results a lot of people have had. I Like you all am very limited, so give me time & I'll let you know how I get on. Take care of yourselves, I hope very much that you get good answers to your health problems.

Hi and welcome, I have also tried this diet, but sadly didn't help in any way, also made me feel sick. Although I stuck with it for a while. I hope it works for you, and good luck. Take care. X

Thank you so much for your response, Your a brave girl, I think maybe those adverse side effects were actually a good sign a result & sign of you getting it right. Though really awful it's called 'Die off' of the Candida. This is what i'm not looking forward to. But never mind onward & upward. Thank you so much for your interest.

Thank you very much Peck, this diet ain't gonna' be easy, there's so much to consider & find out about I'm going very slowly when i get out of this house to get organised to set it all up. I'm more concerned about the 'die off' symptoms, like all off you good people got to much pain already. But staying positive will do the job!!!!! Thank you again, You & everyone.

Hi, good luck with your elimination diet, please let us know how it goes.

Hi

Your post was very interesting and I will be interested to see how you get on.

I don't eat dairy, I have soya etc and try not to eat bread either. I try to have it maybe once a week and the same with pasta. I'm on the low GI diet at the moment. Not that the pain is any different,to be honest.

Hope you enjoy being part of this site and good luck with the elimination diet.

Take care and best wishes.

Hi c-49_m

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have pasted you a link below to our mother site, FMA UK which hosts loads of useful Fibro information:

fmauk.org/

I have lots of food allergies and intolerance's and try to eat very little gluten. I also avoid lactose and my other issues including, red fruits, soya and banana's. I would be exceedingly interested to read of how you get on with your diet? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
