Hello and welcome!!
I have a similar background to yourself... diagnosed 10 years ago, but had symptoms for years before... married with 3 kids ( 18 - 25years)
Learning to live life with this condition, acceptance and pacing.
There is lots of useful information on the mother website for this forum. fmauk.org.
Feel free to ask questions, usually someone else can offer advice.

Hallo welcome to the site. Lovely picture.📷 Phlebo has given you the link to our mother site which has good information.
I would just lock your post, the instructions on how to do it are on the right hand side of your screen. This way you will get alot more answers as otherwise your post, picture and all the replies can be accessed on places like Facebook which you might not want. Look forward to your future posts.😊x
Hi
Sorry to hear that you too have fibro.
I think you will be pleased you joined this site as everyone is so nice and supportive.
We all have a little moan sometimes, people put useful info on, or you can ask questions and we have a little laugh too! It's been really helpful to me and I don't feel so alone. I hope that you too will enjoy being part of it.
Take care and best wishes.
Welcome to the nuthouse
