I been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I have other conditions to I applied for dla and wad turned down any advice on wot to do next plz I don't no wot to do thanks guys x

Hi Mollymay1, and welcome to our extended wonderful family.
Make an appointment at your local CAB office and explain to them what is happening. They will help you with Manditory reconsideration OR they can fill in another application for you.
If you can't get out , they will come to you. They are very supportive and helpful and everything is confidential.

Everyone most likely is turned down the first time. Do you have a lawyer? If not get one they have lawyers that just do this. They can appeal this, you can appeal as many times as needed. I got mine after my first appeal. You don't have to pay the Lawyer unless you get it, and SS will pay them their % and then deposit all back pay from the time you applied to when approved .
