On Deaths door !

Morning all why do i look and feel like Death last night got fatigue but literally thought i was going to drop down dead i felt sick was just felt in  n out of faint all night as wel as the red hot irion all over i went bed cudnt stand pain ive got up this morning n gt dyrea now dont know if its just fibro or maybe the diflefenic tablets Doc s put me on inflation in chest n ribs n me hip as wel hope i can get this sorted soon thanks for listening hugs to All X

l can fairly well ditto how you feel.  l also wake up feeling like hell, can barely function, sit wait, hobble into kitchen for tea snack, pets fed and out, hobble back to sofa, sit and wait, fatigue, pain, breathless, an hour or two, for minimul function of basic essential tidy bit at a time.  l do come round a bit in afternoon, but done a bit of moderate gardening for an hour two days running, knowing there was a chance it would make it worse, but without a slave to do it, went for it. Last 3 days worse, did go out to supermarket for an hour, like you felt l,d collapse, l cant believe how it feels.  We only know how we feel, but sure many others feel same simular, some worse, some better. Untill we find different reason its got to be fibro cfs. Some pain killers are very strong and can affect some badly, l,m intollerant to many, l passed out after taking one diacodeine, as l have with penicillin, vomited with others, now very wary with them, if l can get away with using pain gels heat patches l,ll do that. If you think the diclofenic are making you feel worse, sickness often a clue, stay off them for a while see how you go on, if only for a day or two. Hope you feel better soonx

Thamks f reply i think am just geting worse on night f sum reason i start to swell on neck n big lumps and feel  so ill  cant stand pain any longer cant even dress its so bad  it seems come when i eat anything so i dont each much  hope rhumy will able to help me X

l guess at night your body as endured all day and it worn out with it, sounds like your lympth glands are swelling up on the neck, and feeling worse when you eat, have you been checked out for infection, do you have a temprature.  l cant relate to constant pain that severe, l get bouts of severe pain, but not that bad l cant eat or get dresssed, some on here might and advice if what your experiencing is severe fibro symptoms. l think you need to go back to see gp and let them know, might be a while till you see rheumy, lve been waiting 2months already to see one. best wishes.x

I have been back to Docs 3  times week since early jan he just says wait to see rhumy n nowt else he can do thanks for reply X

My dr told me that she couldn't give me some of the meds because a consultant had to. Do you think this could be why your dr isn't?

Sorry to hear that your not feeling at all well.

As you've said it may be meds that are giving you extra symptoms?

If your not sure go and see them and have a chat. I'm very sensitive to lots of meds I've been given and had to come off of them.

Anyway,  keep going and I hope you feel better soon.

Sorry to read your post it sounds as though you are having a hard time.  Yes nightime can be the worst as we have probably tried to push ourselves during the day and our bodies and mind get overtired so making all our symptoms feel worse.

I don't know how long you have been on your tablets but often the side effects will get better as long as they are not severe over a period of about 2 weeks.  Some painkillers can cause people to feel very dizzy and sick and have the trots so take it easy until you get used to them.  If the symptoms dont improve you will have to see what your GP says.  When I am having a flare I find that it also upsets my stomach.  I do hope you will be feeling better soon.x

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling so much and I sincerely hope that you feel better soon my friend. If your symptoms persist or get any worse please see your doctor just in case it is your medication? Please take care of yourself.
