A beautiful pink glow is lighting up the morning sky got a funny feeling that the wind howling and trying to blow my house down means I'm going to be frozen by time I hit work lol . Another througher aka 14 hour shift for me could it b all the sitting down drinking coffee I do that makes me Sewell so bad. Who knows , all I know is that I got t leave my pit now n I don't want to. Hence this message procrastination in a morning just has to be done lol xxxxxx

I hate getting out of bed to go to work. At a weekend I rarely surface before 9.30 so having to get up at 7.15 is a nightmare

I work five from seven which mainly includes both weekend days so around 6 is my first alarm every morning but snooze is my friend n I sometimes co tinue to hit it till around seven not that I'm sleeping I just don't want t get up my body is soooo tired but my mind is off on its next adventure lol gone are the days when my body would join it lol xxxxxx

These dark mornings don't help the "getting up" process do they? Here in Devon we had the most glorious sunrise, which has now reverted to gloom, talking of which I'm off to the dentist in an hour.......eeeeekkkkk 😳😳

How kind of you to ask Treewade, it actually went absolutely fantastically well. I am very lucky to have a brilliant dentist, (now) and She did the filling without even needing to do any drilling, just filled, ping wallop, and out of the door........much better than the day over 30 years ago when I walked out of the surgery having had the dentist shoot the needle right the way through my bottom lip. As you can probably understand I developed a terror of dentists and didn't go for probably in the region of ten years. My faith has been restored by my current dentist, thank goodness 😊😊

I'm good work was lots off coffee n nagging just for a change not lol I do love my job n I work with fantastic people who make me laugh all day no matter how crap my body feels my sense o humour is on top form l xxxx I'm in bed now snuggling up to my five year old water bottle she keeps my bed safe for me ok she d rather sleep in my ins bed lol xxxx glad dentist went good xxxxx wish my dentist was that good lol xxxxx

I'm so pleased you have a five year old hot water bottle, I have two central heating terriers who provide much the same service.

Also how great to have work colleagues who lift your spirits and make you laugh😀 That's what we try to do here too, as a fair number of us believe that laughter releases feel good endorphins, which has to be a good thing doesn't it? 😃😃

Thank you ken I did I enjoy work just get tired of being tired but it's cool life is good my spoons r spent n I'm in bed replenishing for tomorrow day off whoop n we all know what that means ohhhh yeah doctors appointments exciting life I lead lol xxxxx

I need luck I go n. Forget g mention why I ve really gone. Doctors r great at dealing with one thing but I never go with just one thing when I'm broken it's usually more than one bit at a time n I forget t mention the bit that's worse as my time slot runs out lol xxxx
