Hi eveyone am new to website . 4 years ago hurt my neck months months back to doctors a&e begging them to help me trapped nerve they kept saying 6 months got X-Ray slipped dic lower back 12 months MRI scan showerd nothing 2 years specialt sent to physio revered back to specialist given neck back excercise went on for two years . Found out was pregnent so no treatment pain omg was horrible as couldn't take medication my son was born 6 weeks early couldn't walk pain was so bad seemed to go when he was born 4 months stared all over again not one day with out pain got answer few weeks ago vitium d leavel 15 should be about 60 so now am waiting to see if goes up am now in more pain then ever all over pain mean all over not one part is free from pain in work lied down my brain said move my legs didn't move took nearly - hour to go by this time still no write left work been in bed since two body still feels funny I think I have faboymalger occ Heath said in long term won't be u relabel for work I I work for a vets on feet all day lifting cleaning restring it kills me to do it lots of time of so under diapneary also review of what occappsionl Heath said so think there goes my job family life is terrible mu husband pearly speaks and my daughter hate me who 9 as I carnt do much with her my son who's 2 dose t no any better but he will go like my daughter . E eyoartof my body hurts neck feels like it need to be pulled of my shoulder takes me ages to get going when am on flood or bending down takes ages to straighten up am all alone no one to talk to lost all my friend s husband won't listen or help me . Still going but it s hard am talking to my self about my pain and what to do to help myself thanks for reading love to you all x

I'm so sorry to read your post, and to hear that you are in such a lot of pain. It also doesn't help when you don't have someone to talk to that understands what you're going through.

You have come to the right place, because we all have Fibro, and some of us have other horrible illnesses as well. So we can relate to each other's problems and support each other through good times and bad.

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I am so genuinely sorry to read of how you are suffering and struggling and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to all of these issues.

I was wondering if you have ever discussed with your doctor how you are feeling? As they could give you a referral for counselling, and this may help alleviate the fact that you have nobody to talk to about how your life is being affected.

You could also join a Fibro group and meet and talk to like minded suffers like yourself. I have pasted you a link below to the FMA UK cache on Fibro groups:

Hi, welcome to the site, you will find amazing people & help here, you are having it bad just now, but you will eventually turn that corner, you mentioned your vitimin D level is low, have you been given vitimin D tablets from the doctor? I am on Vitimin D prescribed by doctor I thought 2 months of that & I'll be "Normal" whatever normal is lol. I was at doctor's for something else & it was a locum I saw, she told me I need to be on the vitimin D tablets for at least a year, wishing you well xx

Just to say welcome to the form. So sorry to read your post as it must be so difficult having a 2 and 9 year old as well as trying to cope with the pain and fatigue and this illness brings. On top of that you have the fears about your job and an unsupportive husband.

Sometimes loved ones withdraw out of a kind of fear. Many men were brought up to take care of their wives and this can be such a worrying illness for them as we show so many symptoms but our illness is not very visible e.g. not like having a broken arm. It is difficult for them to know how to respond as they feel so hopeless hence the withdrawal.

Friends and family can't easily relate to the new us and wonder where the vibrant outgoing can do everything person has gone it takes some adjusting. Have you tried printing out details about your illness for him to read on his own asit is sometimes so difficult for us to articulate exactly what we are going through.
