Physio is useless really, with you having the little one theres no much options for helping you get some sleep, try having naps while she/he sleeps, anyone moans tell them to shut up its tough being a mum when your sooooo tired. I can't keep my eyes open the day for some reason, struggling to stay awake, I get sleep but not deep sleep must be the kinda day it is.
Thank you for replies
I have 3 children now, two at school and one 6 month, I'm exhausted, the baby sleeps really well, but because I'm in so much pain I wake up and even end up waking him
I'm breastfeeding and was advised against any medication, but it's making me want to stop I can't take it anymore I've known I've had fibro for around 4/5 years but only diagnosed in 2014, along with an investigation for AS, also have Endo, but I think the main cause of all my pain is fibro, and now the bursitis in my hips is agony. My days feel so grey I feel I may be getting quite down
Hello. Do you think you would feel a bit better if you stopped breastfeeding. Just remember you have done really well to have done it for 6 months. Never feel quilty for stopping. Do you think you may have postnatal depression. Maybe you need to check with GP. You deserve a pat on the back, bringing up 3 children it is not easy when well, so your doing a marvellous job.
Sending you a big hug, your doing great, sending healing and peace. xx
The sunshine is behind the clouds, it will come back out for you soon.xx
I really feel for you, wish there was something that could be done for you.
I wonder if there is a really warm swimming pool in your area. I find warm water so soothing and now that you little one is six months you could take him in and have a lovely gentle float about. It would take some pressure off of your body and give you some freedom of movement. The gentle exercise may help you sleep too.
I had three children under three, I slept when they did, took them to the pool once or twice a week, bathed with them - their father went to work away when the youngest was three months - sometimes we were all in bed by 6pm It worked for me with fibro and feeding them until they decided to give me up
Do whatever works for you and be gentle with yourself
I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I sincerely hope that you feel better soon. I was wondering if there was a more sympathetic GP at your surgery that you could talk to about how you are feeling? I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken

Hi Charlotte , have you thought about changing to the breast feeding formula, mind in a fog tonight and can't think of name, I think it starts with A I think . Can't be fun for you Hun and must be a lot of pressure and pain oh Aptimal, has just come to mind. I wish you all the best.
