Firstly, Congratulations and well done. I am genuinely and sincerely delighted to read that you have be successful with your PIP claim :)

I do not personally know how long it will take, and they do seem to take a long time to do anything except reclaim monies owed! I can imagine with all of the cutbacks that they are a little short staffed themselves these days? Usually once it has been signed for then it is usually quite quick, however, they still need an in-puter to use the BACS system to transfer money from the DWP to your bank account. I sincerely hope that you are not waiting too long.

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Hi Samanthajayne I went through the same thing last March the judge told me I would get it in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks still hadn't got it so every day for a week I phoned them then I asked to speak to there superior as I wanted to put in complaint. I had my payment within 3 days and the personal phone number of there boss who I phoned as asked to so she knew my money was in my bank. Tell them you want to put in a complaint and they will phone you back. If they say you need to put it in writing just agree with them and always ask who you are speaking to I bet they give you a call back and you will have your money. Good luck and merry Xmas x

Congratulations I hope that I am as fortunate when I appeal. PIP application and interview has not been a pleasent experience but I feel as a point of principle I must go through he process of appeal. I hope it all gets sorted soon
