Many congratulations to you new Grandma, I hope the twins are doing well, I too am a twin with a brother. I weighed 3lb4oz and my brother 6lb9oz.

Could I suggest a hot curry followed by a very bumpy ride home for your other daughter, a friend of mine was a week overdue and very uncomfortable and solved the problem by doing exactly as I describe, which is how I come to know of it 😉

Congratulations. Twins are definitely a gift and their cousin will have great playmates! I had twins boys 20 years ago when my daughter was not even two! Very hard work and I was exhausted at the time but definitely worth it. Even now! Listen to the boys chatter to each other before they could speak was hilarious and seeing my daughter trying to teach them in her play classroom was a hoot. All happy memories! Congratulations! I have 2 younger brothers who are twins and I have always thought twins are special. The first time I went to see them in the hospital (I was 5 years old) I was with my grandma. She pointed out other mums with babies when we came into the maternity unit and I replied "Huh, they've only got one"!
