Hi There,
Try some voltarol gel or deep heat. Rather not do the bandage as it can cut off blood supply (in my opinion). Also do gentle stretches. Check the web for some gentle pilates excercises and try doing it regularly.
Hope this helps a bit!

Nita
thanks nita worth a try
I suffer with my knees pretty bad, 2 ops did nothing then they realised I'm hypermobile. I use ice and heat, alternate it, it helps and simply stay off it until it goes down again. I didn't find that ibuprofen worked, as it was inflammation it was water. I've ditched the advice of exercise and since doing so I've had far less episodes, gentle walking is what I'd stick to. Hope you feel better soon xx
thanks deb its not swelled just so sore and i have a weakness in that leg too
I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck. Please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi there, I have some leg warmers that are like tubigrip and have them for my legs and arms as I find the heat and slight pressure relieves the pain as any limb that gets cold seems to get pain so I take them with me on journeys or on a night going to bed as my arms seem to be the worst then.
can u get them in chemist those tubigrip for knees
Yes you can get them from chemists short ones about 12" long or sometimes can find ones in the cheap shops. I get long thermal ones from "coopersofstorford" the leg ones I use for my arms as the arm ones are too tight, the warmth just seems to reduce the pain x
thanks must get 1 today marty
