hi, yea I have very sore bones. Especially in my shoulders and also my shoulder blades are also a probs. I can’t take pressure on my lower spine such as a tight belt or leaning back on something that isn’t soft.

Hi there, yes tender spots are part of fibro. It's also one of the ways that help doctors to make a fibro diagnoses. These are some of the fibro hot spots.

While some people may get pain in all areas not everyone will.

It's kind of a classic fibro symptom. Nothing to worry over other than it doesn't feel nice. Take or leave it, this is my thought for the day. Some esoteric healers might ask, what is bugging you bone deep? If that is your bag to ponder, it might help? Many people these days say all these weird symptoms are not a sign that you are sic or dying, rather they indicate you are just waking up? Our bodies store trapped trauma energy from our past or even from past lives. All the stuff we tend to stuff down in stead of processing? At some point our body decides it's taken on enough and it's time for the 'Captain' to deal with it all.
