Not a good day

Hi everyone, hope today has been a good day for all of you. The past two days I have been feeling not too bad and hoping things will ere improving , should have known better , this afternoon I was hit with a ton of bricks , aching all over , electric shock pains up my leg into my hip, pins and needles. And exhaustion , it was awful. I havnt been diagnosis see with fibro but feel a lot of my symptoms seem to point to it. This has been going on for months now and my GP keeps just giving me another painkiller to try . Anyway that's my day , love and hugs to everyone who needs it xx

Oh please ask your Gp to send you to a rheumatologist or a neurologist. They can confirm fibro. I truly hope you feel better. Some have been diagnosed quickly while others it seems have to suffer for a while. In the meantime you might try some gentle stretches or meditation. Even a Tens unit or a EMS unit might give you some relief. Hugs

Hi there , thank you for replying. I have a tens machine which hasn't helped at all . I think I have tried everything. It's 3am and I have managed a whole hour and a halls sleep, better than none mind you. Hugs to you and thank you again xx

Sorry to hear not a good day. Maybe time to change your GP. I know it's easier said than done especially when not feeling well but there are GP's out there. Got an appointment to see mine this week in hope to get referred for physio to help with keeping every thing moving take care xxx

Hi there , thank you for replying, my GP is very good as I have attended him for the past year, had a tumour removed from my spine after being treated for months for sciatica , thankfully it was benign. The problem is getting an appntmnt with him , it is impossible , can get an appntmnt but always with a locum so think I need to ask for him and say no one else will do.
