Had facet injections and epidural to when I cam round for sedation I had no pain I thought imagine if that was it the half hour later everything hurts my arms feel like led

Today I was meant to put still a bit dopey from sedation lol

You must rest up, I was told to do as little as possible for a day or so then gradually build up activity, very slow process but hopefully you will get some relief soon xx

Hi seren1970, I hope the facet joint injections work for you, I was recently refused these injections because I have fibromyalgia and cfs the pain clinic said they would not benefit me.x

He refused to inject in to my hip joint as I have bone spurs on them I must say today I feel worse I have been having these injection for a free year and they have help as I worn discs
