Hospital appointment

Have an appointment with muy pain consultant Monday lunch time. But looking forward to the journey..... Have to use public transport. Don't do well surrounded by lots of people. I find going to these appointments very distressing where my anxiety levels go through the roof. Hope you all have a good week. Extremely soft hugggggggzzzzzzz

Unfortunately, yesterday turned into a day that if something was going to go wrong, it did. I'm hoping to go swimming and sauna today, but am painful, depressed and do very tired.
