Welcome to the forum Chrisellen. Fibro is difficult enough on its own without other illnesses on top of it. Many on the forum are like you and have several other problems in additon to the fibro. I am glad that at least some of the operations have helped a little. Many of us suffer very badly first thing in the morning and I myself dread the pain and stiffness that the fibro causes first thing and dread the process of getting up. I do find that 15 minutes of gentle stretching exercises whilst i am still in bed makes the actual process of getting up better and a hot shower first thing also helps.
Do ask any questions you might want to as there is usually some knowledgeable person around who can help.xx
Thank you, it nice to know that others have problems as well as me, I sit at edge of bed do stretching exercises before i get up and have either hot bath or shower does helps.
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are struggling and suffering so much and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to these issues. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
Hello chrisellen I have the same as you, Fibro, Cervical Spondylosis, Osteo arthritis bladder problems and thyroid. I have had two root nerve procedures for the spondylosis but did not really help. It is not easy and it does get me down having to live with pain. Good luck I hope you find better help.x
