Hello chocs,

I'm only on setraline myself.. Doesn't seem to be doing much.. Been on it for two years and think it only helped for first few months.

Glad ur sleeping better..

About time for a meds review for me x

Lol Sibbs, I'm going back to bed for a while. I know I shouldn't but it is such a miserable wet day, I'm exhausted and don't have the energy to do anything. My eyes are burning and tired too. I hope you get some sleep. Xxx

Hi mags, sibs and chocs, here, the sun is out, the sky is blue - and I am knackered too! every now and then the fibro insomnia outwits the amitriptyline and I get hardly any, or get very disturbed, sleep. Which is what happened last night, meaning my eyes are burning, my tinnitus is at full volume, my head hurts, and I feel as though I'm about to throw up I'm so tired. Think a crappy film on tv is the answer in helping me to doze off in front off before I have to get ready to pick up Son after school to take him for a haircut. sooo tiredddd........cant think straight......ughhhh!

I hope you're feeling well rested and the rain has stopped.

I didn't get that nap in the end unfortunately... X x

Awe Julie and Sibbs, if only I had a magic wand, I'd cure you both with one quick flick I did manage an hour of sleep but I am throbbing and aching from top to bottom. I think a hot shower is on the cards then back to bed for me. Let's hope tomorrow is a better day for us all xxx
